Why do I almost always eat oatmeal for breakfast?
- It is very healthy, “a superfood”
- It’s really cheap
- It keeps me full for a long time
- It tastes good*
I know that many people would dispute my last reason, “it tastes good”… but really, if you top your oatmeal with fruit, nuts, cinnamon, brown sugar etc. it can honestly taste really good (however, don’t add too much sugar etc. or it won’t be healthy anymore)!
